Join our growing Account Manager team! We have an immediate opening for two motivated individuals interested in full-cycle recruiting in Lewiston, ME.

Our staffing agency provides quality candidates for temp, temp-hire, and direct placements for various industries across the state, from medical, construction, manufacturing, clerical, and c-suite level positions.

We're looking for people willing to learn and grow the business, possess strong written, verbal, and listening skills, have a can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the willingness to work in a team environment.

Daily Work Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and growing existing client accounts by providing consistent customer service.
• Attracting and identifying qualified candidates through recruiting and interviewing activities.
• Sourcing candidates on several platforms such as job boards, social media, networking, and internal ATS.
• Interviewing candidates on a scheduled and walk-in basis.
• Submitting candidates for client review and coordinating on-site interviews.
• Daily collaborating with co-workers and other branch locations to achieve hiring goals.
• Ensuring proper documentation and a high level of confidentiality.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws.
• Use a combination of communication via telephone, in-person, and email.
