Japanese trading company seeks a position for an Inside Sales Coordinator.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Provide customer service support by accepting orders, entering orders and verifying confirmation by the venders for delivery.
 Handle purchasing coordination based on sales forecasts and customer purchase orders.
 Prepare weekly sales forecast and inventory report and perform forecast analysis.
 Monitor shipping schedule and expedite the shipment of delayed or urgent products.
 Perform administrative tasks, such as handling phone calls, preparing reports and documents and file maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
AA or AS or higher in Business/Marketing/Supply Chain or related field.
1~3 years’ work experience, preferably Sales, Freight forwarding or related industry.

PREFERRED SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Japanese/English bilingual is a big plus

ADDITIONAL NOTES
Candidate must be authorized for employment in the U.S.
Familiarity with Japanese business culture is a plus.

Status: Full time
Salary: $35k-$40k depending on skill and experience
Working Hours：9:00ー17:30
Parttime: $19-20/h, 25-30H/W

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
