Business Development Manager / Automotive Marketing

WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL DAY AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER?

  • Spend your work week in the field, not at your desk!
  • Selling our marketing program to prospective wholesale dealerships
  • On the road daily visiting 10 to 15 autobody repair shops in your market region to understand their parts needs, promote the dealerships we represent and collect data on dealer performance
  • Meeting with dealer clients to discuss market intelligence and what actions are needed to grow their wholesale parts business
  • Entering collected data into our proprietary CRM so that we can provide weekly client reports

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of profitable sales and cold-calling experience.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is an asset
  • Must have a clean driver's license and a reliable vehicle
  • Satisfy a background check
  • Transport boxes weighing up to 25 pounds across market for various needs.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • The person in this position needs to traverse in situations such as large auto malls, row of repair shops, etc.
  • The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
