Bejac Corporation, a heavy equipment dealership in Placentia has an immediate opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant. We are a well-established, well-respected equipment distributor offering competitive pay and benefits.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Assist Sales Administrator with sale transactions-

ordering equipment,

generate and process purchase orders,

submit details for warranty registration,

Receive equipment into the system and set-up equipment files

Create and maintain e-files,

Open work orders,

Coordinate outgoing sales machine deliveries,

Reconcile equipment invoices and submit to accounting for processing

Other general administrative office duties including copying, scanning, filing, mailing, administrative responsibilities and duties as needed, etc.

Education: Associate (Preferred) Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) in a professional work environment, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Full-time Pay: $18 - $20.00 per hour
