Promo Builder is a growing sales and marketing company. We offer a wide range of products and services including vending and coin-op machines.

We're looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative who will be responsible for attracting and retaining small business owners to our products and services within an assigned territory in Illinois. We offer both base($50,000-$60,000) and uncapped commissions salary, travel reimbursement, health insurance and a $1,000 sign on bonus.

Job Requirements

• Acquire and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
• Travel within your territory(100 miles) to meet clients one-on-one
• Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their needs.
• Align value propositions with customer pain points to sell product/service.
• Demonstrate the functions and uses of the products or services to customers.
• Ensure client satisfaction through open discussion.
• Respond to and fix issues that arise throughout the sales cycle.
• Stay in constant contact with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
• Maintain daily reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any other issues. Provide periodic territory sales forecasts as requested.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of route/outside sales experience, particularly in the B2B environment
• Ability to develop business relationships with clients and decision-makers
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Negotiating and closing skills
• Valid Driver’s License and car
• Ability to travel on route 100%
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

Schedule

8-hour shift (9:00am – 5:30pm)

Monday to Friday

This is a 100% field route based direct sales position offering base salary and commission.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
