Armco Credit Union is currently looking for an Account Servicing Representative with a passion to deliver customer service excellence and to assist with:

• Members and potential members through opening and closing accounts, processing loan requests, title processing, tax form corrections, and others while maintaining accurate records and member account information.
• Answering questions about products and services in addition to Online Banking, BillPay, and debit card issues. In general, providing prompt and accurate support to all members.
• Identifying cross-sell opportunities and cross-selling services to members when appropriate.

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience.

Education: A high school education or GED.

Interpersonal Skills: Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.

Other Skills: Knowledge of computers and database/spreadsheet/word processing software. Strong communication skills. Ability to work with a wide range of people

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.95 - $22.43 per hour
