Summary
The LiftOne Inside Sales Manager is responsible for ownership of the Inside Sales Function for the business. In this role you will manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives who work to find new sales leads through business directories, personal research, client referrals, and existing company resources. You will serve as a coach to help drive open communication, a strong customer experience, and a high performing sales team.
Essential Functions
- Direct, motivate, develop, and manage performance of Inside Sales Representatives in support of LiftOne Division goals and annual business plans related to market share, profit and customer loyalty.
- Oversee associated sales planning processes, developing sales strategies and tactics that support short and long-range goals.
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers to ensure a “team selling” approach to the territory.
- Responsible for ensuring positive relationship building and effective account management with the outside sales teams.
- Implement strategic plans to penetrate new target markets
- Partner with the Marketing Department in development and execution of marketing plans.
- Work with the LiftOne leadership team to establish business plan and growth goals.
- Interface with OEM factory representatives to ensure collaborative and effective relationships between the dealership and OEM.
- Maintain and communicate records and performance scorecards of related sales activities and results, market trends, lost sales, and competitive intelligence.
- Serve as subject matter expert for corporate Human Resources team regarding sales training curricula required to develop promotable sales professionals and solutions-oriented sales skills, including time and territory management, finance and merchandising, product knowledge, soft sales skills and competitive knowledge.

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in business, marketing or engineering
- Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
- Minimum three years of experience in a Sales Management role
- Strong track record of growing sales and teams
- 3-5 years minimum of related industry experience.
- Desire and Aptitude to learn and grow with the Company.
- Strong knowledge and understanding CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce (SFDC)
