WSI, a multi-year winner of Best and Brightest Places to Work in the Nation, is hiring a Director of Business Development, who will use and expand their consultative, relationship-building and influential talents to sell WSI’s staffing and recruitment services to companies throughout the greater Detroit area.

Your typical work week will consist of:

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Qualifying client leads and promoting WSI’s recruitment and staffing services
• Identifying new and expanding existing market opportunities
• Creating pricing strategies and service offerings that support client needs
• Working closely with your WSI team to develop a strong internal support network
• Obtain (or surpass) required weekly activity metrics
• Representing WSI at community events

Some of the things we are looking for in a Director of Business Development:

• Must have 3-5 progressive sales experience in a service industry
• Demonstrates Accountability

• Effectively builds and maintains relationships with clients
• Goal and Action Oriented
