Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in order to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management or a related role
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
- Technical sales experience or knowledge of technology products is preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
