The Job

• Work with Customers, Freight Carriers and Vendors to coordinate order.s
• Manage information in our system
• Recording information on orders in the system
• Email communication must be strong
• Understanding shipping claims & freight damageFurther Job details needed will be discussed one on one.

Skills

• Problem solving must be strong
• Multi-tasking - Handle large volumes of tasks with interruptions
• Customer service minded - good at reading people is helpful
• College experience a plus
• Microsoft Office Suite knowledge; Excel & Word
