Outside 3508 Direct Sales Representative, Commissioned, Incentivized

As an outside direct sales representative for our organization, you will:

· Be selling the most reputable Gutter Protection products in the home improvement industry

· Rep the best warranties in the industry backing performance, materials & workmanship

· Be selling proprietary technology with 40+ years of industry experience to support your selling efforts

Direct sales representatives can easily earn $100,000 to $349,000 in the first-year full year by following programs and meeting closing requirements. We win more than we lose, our average close rate on demo is 50%. Prior in-home, car, phone or outside sales experience is preferred but not required. If you have the drive, we want you. Minimum Competencies and Skills:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Must have the drive to succeed, high optimism
• Ability to overcome objections in sales process
• Demonstrate ability to develop rapport with customer and good listening skills
• Ability to operate successfully as an independent direct sales representative (3508)
• Possess high ethical and personal standards; we take our reputation very seriously
• Must be able to travel 100% of time within assigned territory on workdays
• Valid State Driver's License and reliable transportation required
