WHAT IS REQUIRED

• 3+ years of prior sales experience in a residential, home-services, or customer-facing sales environment
• Competitive, ambitious, and eager attitude to achieve sales goals and commission targets
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Hearn's sales process and environment
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
