• Execute service delivery to the entitlements plan(s) that include deep engagements with the business unit managers, supply chain, sales, and operations
• Monthly/Quarterly reporting and metrics
• RMA and service request monitoring and actions
• Engage RMA coordinators and operation resources with client execution needs
• Resolve/monitor customer escalations
• Create and implement customer satisfaction survey and drive continuous improvement
• Other
  • Global, multi-depot spares parts demand planning
  • Development of additional/optional support needs and process improvements
  • Advise Sr. Manager on matters of services support direction - maximizing service opportunity development, process improvements, and enhance customer experience
• Recommend Process improvements and Policy Guidelines
• Participate in cross-functional and team projects, as required
• Provide regular reporting to management & clients
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor
• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
