Independent Insurance Counselors of Alvin, TX is hiring for an Insurance Agent to join our growing team!

Qualifications for the Licensed Insurance Agent (CSR):

• General Lines Property & Casualty License is required
• At least 1 year of insurance experience
• Commercial lines experience is a plus
• General Lines Life & Health license is a plus
• Experience with an independent agency is a plus
• Marketing experience is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Responsibilities for the Licensed Insurance Agent (CSR):

• Learning our system, processes, and insurance products
• Quoting and selling insurance
• Servicing accounts, reporting claims, and working renewals
• Marketing our products and services
• Accepting payments, as well as some accounting and billing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
