Full description of the position

Incubeta is growing! We currently have an opening for an Account Director. Reporting directly to the VP, Client Services, this role is responsible for ensuring a consistent level of service delivery and providing value to clients from Incubeta solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

Accountable for the smooth running of the account – operationally, creatively and financially against approved solutions and is accountable on these points to the client and the business.

Serve as the initial client point of contact to manage most requests or issues.

Lead efficient day to day operational management of clients.

Work with clients on new and existing briefs to ensure delivery of efficient and contractually agreed solutions.

Oversee multiple accounts across multi-disciplined Digital Media, Creative and Technology projects whilst being responsible for client communications.

Bridge between the Client, Business Director and the Global operations team (Consultants & Media Managers), driving a strong level of partnership and collaboration.

Drive and coordinate plans and projects with Consultants, Media Managers and other staff members working on the same accounts

Present insightful client reports with learnings in Weekly and or Monthly reviews with clients

Proactively research industry trends and brand knowledge to increase strategic understanding of client brands

Required Qualifications

Minimum four years Digital Agency experience with at least two years’ experience as an Account Director.

Comprehensive understanding of online, including social media, content marketing, search marketing, digital media, and emerging technologies is essential

Proven approach to cross-functional, cross-agency and partnership collaboration

Detail oriented with a strong sense of pride in their work and ensuring that all output goes through rigorous quality control. Organization is key.

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to influence without formal reporting relationships and delegates effectively and appropriately

Proven success reviewing campaign results and identifying opportunities for improvement

Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships both internally and externally.

Ability to influence informally as the day to day point of contact between Incubeta, client and partners.

Solutions driven mindset to quickly resolve challenges.

Sound financial acumen including experience with management of invoices, POs, and project budgets.

Experience with Google Marketing Platform technology

Knowledge of digital transformation projects
