Position Summary

We are seeking a Telesales Specialist to work a hybrid role that will combine time each week working both remotely and at our brand-new gorgeous space in the most sought-after area of downtown Phoenix, Block 23 at Cityscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking inbound and outbound calls, research inquiries, assessing customer needs, and communicating appropriate enrollment options. This is a Phoenix-based hybrid role that will have the flexibility to work a combination at home and in the office, a modern, gorgeous space in the most sought-after area of downtown Phoenix, Block 23 at Cityscape.

What We Want You to Do

• Provide an exceptional customer experience through the handling of inbound and outbound calls from potential prospects. Gather information, research, and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
• Apply your knowledge and expertise of our products and services when responding to telephone inquiries.
• Document customer interactions and create customer profiles.
• Prepare standard reports.
• Ability to work on assignments that contribute to the success of the Inside Sales Team.

Who You Are

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to balance workload in a fast-paced environment.
