Sales/Business Development Representative – $75,000 – Vernon Hills

Sales/Business Development Representative Responsibilities:

• Research and develop understanding of client pain points for proactive calls
• Maintain a high volume of outbound calls to new and existing customers
• Identify new cross/upsell opportunities
• Develop sales solutions and strategies
• Negotiate pricing and close sales
• Build and manage relationships with potential and existing customers to encourage repeat business
• Integrate all sales activities into CRM systems for timely & accurate reporting
• Exceed all sales and activity metrics assigned

Sales/Business Development Representative Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Inside Sales experience with sales pipeline management experience
• High volume sales experience building/maintaining client relationships
• Sales driven professional with hunter mentality
• Ability to create and execute sales strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
