Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Key point of contact for sales staff and customer’s
• Provide customers with product, availability and information as needed
• Coordination and tracking of product shipments
• Processing orders and changes to orders as necessary
• Prepare bill of lading documents for outgoing shipments
• Arrange for shipments by LTL and trucks as necessary
• Calculate allowable weight to load on trucks and inspect outgoing loads
• Maintain and prepare shipping records and reports

Essential Skills and Experience

• 2 + years’ customer service/office experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer service oriented and self-motivated
• Good organizational, math, clerical and computer skills including MS Word, Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Previous experience in coordination of deliveries preferred
• Knowledge of masonry products and other building materials would be beneficial
• Minimum high school diploma with some relevant college coursework preferred
