Ashley's is a women's lingerie and swimwear boutique in the Village of Williamsville. We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivating individuals who can multitask while offering great customer service. Retail experience is greatly preferred but not necessary! Here at Ashley's we understand that you have a life outside of your job and we pride ourselves on being very flexible on scheduling so all employees can enjoy their lives!

Responsibilities
-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
-Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
-"Go the extra mile" to drive sales
-Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
-Actively seek out customers in store
-Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
-Cross sell products
-Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
-Build productive trust relationships with customers

Requirements
-Proven working experience as sales associate (preferred, but not required)
-Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
-Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
-Solid communication and interpersonal skills
-Customer service focus

Full time / Part time positions available.

Store Hours Williamsville: MON-SAT 10:00am-6:00pm and SUN 11:00am-4:00pm

Store Hours East Aurora: Tuesday-Saturday 11:00am-4:00pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour
