Local Dealership welcoming full-time Customer Service/ BDC representative applicants

As a BDC representative you will handle incoming internet leads, inbound/outbound calls, schedule customer appointments, make outbound customer satisfaction calls and follow-up with leads. If you have a smile on the phone and enjoy delivering top-quality customer service, please apply. Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required.
