The 160 Driving Academy is the fastest growing vocational school system in the United States. With 75 schools open across 25 States, in 2020, the 160 Driving Academy will train over 6,000 students for their Commercial Drivers License. By the end of 2021, the 160 Driving Academy will have over 100 schools and 15,000 trained students annually across its school system.
Given the massive shortage of truck drivers in the U.S., the 160 Driving Academy has become a strategic supplier of Human Capital to some of the largest companies in the United States. Must Have:
- Top notch customer service experience
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Salesforce experience a plus)
- Above the bar sales and recruiting skills
- Strong administrative and organization capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Description:
- Identify and recruit student drivers for the 160, 4-week, CDL training program
- Serve as a supporter to 160 students from day of enrollment to day of graduation
- Manage all day to day operations and responsibilities of your 160 Branch location
- Build long lasting professional relationships with students throughout the duration of their career
- Develop relationships and work with local governmental agencies and like-minded organizations to market and promote your Branch in the local community and metro area
