We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Foodservice Parts Salesperson. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and interested in starting a career in the foodservice industry. As an entry-level salesperson, you will receive training and mentorship to develop your skills in selling foodservice replacement parts.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Learn about our product line of foodservice replacement parts, including their features, applications, and benefits
• Assist in generating sales leads by prospecting and contacting potential customers.
• Provide product information and answer basic inquiries from customers.
• Learn and follow the sales process, including preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Collaborate with experienced sales team members to learn best practices and gain sales techniques.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and orders
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Strive to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Continuously stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong desire to build a career in sales, specifically in the foodservice industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to absorb product knowledge quickly.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or coursework in sales or business is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
