This Regional Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the selling, planning, and coordinating of all aspects of events at all locations within the Branson, Missouri market.

Accountabilities:

· Develop market segments and solicit new customer relationships while maintaining existing relationships.

· External markets may encompass corporate events/meetings/trainings, birthdays, and personal milestone events; (other may include holiday parties, school athletic banquets, and fundraisers. ·

Be the ambassador for the property, fostering relationships with individuals & corporations who book events to maintain repeatable and predictable business while prospecting for new events.

· The role extends eternally from the park to trade shows and other public events, which heighten awareness within the community and is also responsible for marketing of the park and being a positive role model in both social media formats and public forums by being active and showing consistent participation in all public facing opportunities

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

· Maximize event revenues to meet and exceed sales goals and budgets through the sale of groups of 10 guests or more and increase yield through effective negotiation of tournament product and tee time utilization.

· Work closely with Social Media Director on Content and platform promotions · Responsible for generating a definitive sales and marketing plan to achieve departmental revenue goals which meet and exceed sales goals and budgets.

· Receive/place daily inbound/outbound sales calls to groups such as: military, family, corporate, homeschool, boy/girl scout, sports, bank, smaller school groups and convention groups · Provide inside sales support for all group planning.

· Maintain qualified contacts through our system of all group types that require daily activity.

· Produce a monthly activity report and send to VP of Sales & Marketing · Plan to attend meetings for specific group markets with action plans, ensuring meeting notes are taken and feedback is given.

· Work with GM/VP-Marketing to sell, manage, and produce different sales collateral for FAMS, conferences and events.

· Must participate in over-night, out of town travel and trade shows as assigned by the VP of Sales & Marketing.

· Provide support to partners that we want to do business with, by maintaining a solid working relationship that we can produce into potential sales through effective partnerships.

· Manage and maintain accurate and timely financial records for the various programs and events with appropriate documents and forms.

· Maintain relationships with your contacts/clients through follow up and consistent communication throughout the year.

· Expected to greet or be visible to groups upon arrival when available to do so.

· Administrative duties as needed on a daily basis.

· Additional duties as assigned

Skills/Competencies Required:

· Knowledge of how to use social media to drive sales is required: Including Linkedin, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pintrest etc…

· Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM · Solid time management, organization, and prioritization skills; ability to work with little or no direct supervision.

· Excellent customer service orientation and focus on customer satisfaction required.

· Strong leadership and people skills, plus the ability to build and foster a team environment desired .

· Must have a positive, engaging, and team-oriented view on the workplace.

· Able to manage a high-volume workload.

Education, Qualifications and Experience:

· 3-5 years of related experience in sales preferably in restaurant/hospitality/service industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Valid driver’s license required.

· Must be willing to work weekends if business dictates a need or opportunity.

· Position duties may require long periods of standing, walking, or sitting. This position requires the ability to talk, read, write, climb, balance, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. May be required to lift up to 20 lbs. upon occasion.
