Crossroads Distributing is a wholesale distribution company based out of Great Falls, Montana. We are seeking an energetic individual for an Outside Sales and merchandising position to join our team. We currently service 88+ convenience stores across Montana with our gift and novelty items. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships in Missoula and surrounding areas. Advancement and growth opportunities are available. Individual must have their own reliable transportation and proof of insurance. Reimbursement of Mileage is calculated based upon an agreed rate.

Responsibilities

• Manage current stores within a defined area in Missoula and surrounding areas.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Proactively seek new opportunities to drive sales and increase market share
• Achieve desired sales goals.
• Coordinate sales effort with inside sales team to achieve maximum market share.
• Analyze market trends, identify emerging markets, and create pipeline of prospective customers.
• Manage customer accounts to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
• Create and implement strategies to drive company’s overall sales growth.

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills required.
• Merchandising experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• must be able to pass a preemployment drug screen testing, background check, and continued drug screen testing throughout term of employment.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
