Our answer is Butterfly, an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft designed to safely and affordably carry passengers over traffic and congestion. Butterfly leverages over two decades of VTOL aircraft development, patented VTOL technology, and flight vehicle experience.

Job Overview:

At Overair, "Commercial" encompasses functions such as sales, strategy, business development, marketing & communications, product (performance, industrial design), political affairs, mobility operations, IP, support and services. The jobholder will work with the CCO and her functions by performing several actions:

  • Support the company Go To Market strategy and commercial transactions
  • Conduct addressable market analyses for eVTOL
  • Conduct research on proposed customers, markets, and use cases
  • Prepare and maintain internal and external presentations associated with the Go to Market strategy for operators, suppliers, and partners
  • Collaborate across the commercial and corporate team, including finance, legal, corporate development, product, marketing, and government affairs to evaluate and execute projects
  • Support commercial and financial teams with strategic initiatives and requests for information

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business

  • International experience, personal or professional development
  • Ability to work autonomously, with an ability to anticipate

  • Passion for aviation, mobility technology, and sustainability a plus

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field
  • 5+ years of operational or business experience
  • Authorization to work in the USA

Desired Qualifications:

  • Global experience or outlook
  • Basic contracts understanding
  • Experience with Sales, Sales support, and partnership management
  • Negotiation and communication skills

Overair expects to pay: $65,000 - $85,000 per year. Your level and the compensation package offered will be determined by location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
