Job Summary: Cutstone Company, a rapidly growing player in the countertop industry, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and promoting our premium countertop products. Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and develop a strong pipeline of prospective customers through various channels such as networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
• Conduct inside sales activities, including answering incoming inquiries, providing product information, and assisting customers with their countertop selection process.
• Greet and engage showroom visitors, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to guide them in their decision-making process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and designers to promote our countertop products.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of the market, competitors, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and demonstrating our countertop products to potential customers.
• Provide accurate and detailed product information, pricing, and quotes to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction, address any issues or concerns, and secure repeat business.
• Coordinate and schedule showroom appointments with potential customers, ensuring a personalized and informative experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and advancements to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products to customers.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by management.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry conferences to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the countertop industry or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve results independently.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and overcome objections.
• Exceptional presentation skills to effectively showcase our countertop products.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and embrace new sales strategies.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
