National Account Sales and Planning Manager in Urbancrest, OH
Essential Functions:
- Creating and monitoring commercial budgets / targets for the national sales department.
- Design and deploy optimal solutions that are innovative, add value and meet current and future business requirements
- Develops commercial proposals for assigned National Accounts
- Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
- Develop and deliver formal presentations to internal and field teams including senior management and sales leadership
- Direct involvement in the implementation of any business wins in the National Accounts Target Customer Group through data collection from customer, providing data to supply chain, etc.
- Ensure completion and accuracy of lost sales, running sales reports, assisting with customer surveys, etc. related to National Accounts initiatives.
- Manage all aspects of customer relationships on a day-to-day basis. Ensure customer-assisted projects are managed within budget and timeline and appropriate methodologies are employed
- Understand strategic and tactical market opportunities, employ appropriate methodologies to analyze data and provide insights and recommendations as it relates to customer growth
- Maintains accurate reporting of accounts and other information in multiple databases by group/region.
- Insures timely administration and distribution of daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Responds to internal and external customer needs and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintains sales databases and associated metrics (Dashboard)
- Drive multiple complex projects, balancing between short-term and long-term objectives and managing the projects within budget and timelines
- Research and provide data for customer interaction/visits
- Assists in maintenance of customer accounts, account set up, and development of customer profiles for three strategic accounts
- Collaborates with AGR credit department in the timely collection of receivables, reconciliation of customer statements, CDA’s, deductions, etc.
- Assists management with eCommerce activities through customer and employee education, and customer needs assessment.
- Promotes teamwork and positive local working environment at all times.
- Obligated to keep confidential any information that pertains to customers and competitors.
- Complies with all safety policies and procedures.
- Actively participates in team meetings.

- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing / Management / Business / Finance related field; without degree 5 years of management experience

- Demonstrates ability to communicate complex issues in a simple, yet compelling fashion to a wide range of stakeholders
