Sales Representative

Our client is looking for a dynamic, experienced Sales Representative to join their team. This is a direct hire position! The ideal candidate understands and supports sales targets, is solution driven, and conducts themselves in a professional manner. This position is responsible for in-store sales, customer service, business development, and aggressively pursuing new customers by promoting products and services.

Essential Job Functions
Business development, including new account research, prospecting, and cold calling.

• Provide consistent, superior customer service; ensuring all customer needs are identified and addressed.
• Acknowledge and respond to requests for quotes
• Manage the sales cycle from proposal through close.
• Review and monitor dormant accounts, following up when necessary.
• Participate in weekly marketing meetings with the entire sales team.
• Develop a pipeline of prospects from existing clients to qualify new clients.
• Achieve sales and budget targets through inventory control, gross margins, and budget management.

Required Qualifications
·At least one year of experience in business development or other sales role preferred.
·Proven track record of providing superior customer service
·Excellent computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
