Job Description
Atlas Tree Services LLC is looking for dynamic and motivated self-starter individual to join our Team as a Landscape Sales Rep/Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and goal-oriented person with proven background, knowledge and experience with Trees, Landscape /Hardscape constructions and design to add superior value and personalization to each customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
The Landscape Sales Rep/Consultant is responsible for:
- The customer experience through the entire process.
- Effectively Manage leads through our CRM software.
- Managing Access CRM database and updating per sales manager requirements
- Reporting weekly on sales activity via the Access CRM database
- Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for both new and existing clients.
- Developing relationships with property managers as determined by the sales manager.
- Explore all opportunities to network and build referral to develop new businesses.
- Develop and maintain a schedule to perform site walkthroughs during formal meetings with customers to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
- Managing weekly calendar of calls and appointments in line with sales goals
- Lead or assist on the resolution of customer problems and concerns.
- Proactively present site enhancement ideas to existing customers.
- Generate leads through homeowner referrals, Realtors, and other creative self-generation strategies.
- Identifying potential sites for bidding
- Initiating contact to develop leads into qualified prospects, includes proper scheduling to generate sufficient phone calls and emails to secure appointments or RFPs.
- Identifying client needs, site specifications, budgets, and decision makers
- Working with the Operations Manager to communicate site specifications and take-off information.
- Overall review and completion of client RFPs incorporating requested information.
- Communicating with sales manager to determine final pricing.
- Working with estimator to produce final proposal documents, contract, and presentation materials.
- Scheduling closing appointments
- Meeting with clients to negotiate and close contracts.
- Communicating final contract price and specifications to administration
- Effective hand-off of new accounts to assigned account managers, and available as a point of contact for the transition period.
- Follow-up on all lost bids to identify reasons for not closing.
- Following-up to obtain referrals from property managers.
- Represent Tree Removal/Landscape/Hardscaping Services by collecting property details and special instructions.
- Answer customers’ questions about services, prices, and availability
- Recommend services to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Exceptional Customer Service and communications skills
· Hands-on experience and knowledge of trees and ornamentals turf
· An energetic & charismatic personality
· Great listening skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
· A valid driver’s license and Reliable personal transportation
· Strong Salesmanship with closing capabilities
· Dependable and reliable
· Achievement-oriented - enjoys taking on challenges.
· Must be able to travel within Metro area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Signing bonus
Experience:
- Landscaping: 3 years (Preferred)
Work Location: On the road
