Ron Tonkin Toyota has been servicing the Portland Metro’s automotive needs for almost 70 years running! We are actively expanding our sales team and are hiring Sales Representatives for immediate hire. Our Sales Representatives help our dealer provide top-notch customer support. This position has a high-volume workload but is very rewarding to those who can keep up! The ideal candidate would have prior automotive sales and would be fluent in English.

Sales Representative Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers through the purchasing process by helping them find and purchase the right vehicle to meet their needs.
• Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close the sale.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy, family-oriented sales environment.

Sales Representative Compensation & Benefits

The Pay Plan is commission-based – there is no limit on how much money you can make!

Sales Representative Qualifications

• 1-3 years prior automotive sales experience.
• 3 years prior sales experience.
• Driver’s License.

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen – THC not included in the screening.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
