We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Inside Sales and Customer Advocate Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers through various communication channels, including text, phone, and email, to identify sales opportunities and generate new business. You will also handle objections, provide detailed product and service information, and manage the sales process from initial contact to final contract completion. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, using DocuSign for contract execution, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers via text, phone, and email to identify sales opportunities and generate new business
• Address objections and provide customers with detailed information about our products and services
• Review paperwork and pricing to ensure accuracy and completeness before presenting it to customers
• Complete contracts with customers in a timely and efficient manner using DocuSign
• Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate records and provide a seamless customer experience
• Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction in a timely and professional manner
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals

Requirements:

• Strong math and communication skills
• Proficiency in computer use and ability to quickly learn new software and technology
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred

Compensation:

• Starting salary of $35,000 per year, with commission for each sale
