Kimiecik Landscaping

Position available: Account Manager/Crew Leader

Duties

- Complete daily/weekly work tasks with experienced crew using good equipment.

- Monitor accounts on a weekly basis for common landscape issues and areas of improvement

- Monitor machines/trucks and other equipment for mechanical maintenance needs.

Pay Scale

- During the season 40 + hours March 15 – December 15

- Off Season hours 24-32 hours weekly December 15 – March 15

- Starting pay $19.50/HR –

The following benefits are available after one year of employment.

- Paid holidays for year round employees – 4

o Christmas

o July 4th

- Vacation – 1 week paid after 1 year

Requirements

- High School or Equivalent

- Experience in Landscape service and ability to learn

o Mowing

o Pruning

o Hardscape

o Plant care

- Drivers License

- Know or ability to learn how to drive with truck/trailer combination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
