Commission sales position with commission range of 10% to 14% commission (front and back end) according to terms of pay plan, with average total monthly compensation of $9000 and increased earnings potential based on productivity/number of sales. 11.5 units or less= 10% front and 5% of back-end commission, 12-19.5 units = 12% front and back-end commission, 20+ units= 14% front and back-end commission.

PTO: All regular full-time employees receive paid time off, in compliance with state sick leave requirements, according to the following schedule:

  • 0 – 2 years of service = 4 hours earned per pay period.
  • 2 – 5 years of service = 6 hours earned per pay period.
  • 5 – 10 years of service = 7 hours earned per pay period.
  • 10 – 20 years of service = 8 hours earned per pay period.
  • 20 + years of service = 9 hours earned per pay period.

Part-Time Employees- Will accrue PTO at an hourly rate of .046 regardless of tenure.

Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers 2 paid holidays per year to Salespeople subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.


Responsibilities
  • Responds to Internet customer inquiries and ensures that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential on Internet sales.
  • Communicates effectively with Internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by email, or in person.
  • Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.
  • Satisfies the transportation needs of Internet-generated customers.
  • Sells/leases and delivers a minimum units per month.
  • Directs customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet.
  • Assists customers in selecting vehicles.
  • Understands the psychology of Internet customers and works with them accordingly to draw them into the store for proper vehicle demonstration and to close the transaction.
  • Checks email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately. Delivers messages intended for other departments promptly. Notifies customers that their messages have been forwarded to the appropriate personnel for prompt attention.
  • Handles all Internet sales inquiries personally.
  • Coordinates Internet promotions with other dealership sales promotions and advertising.
