We are seeking to ADD highly experienced Commercial Insurance Account Executives/ Managersfor our agency located in Troy, NY.
Insurance Account Executives/Managers Compensation & Benefits:
- Highly competitive compensation package involving salary-based compensation – NOT commission-based

Insurance Account Executives/Managers Skills/ Qualifications:
- Valid P&C Insurance License required.
- 3 years Insurance Customer Service Experience.
- Possess excellent written and verbal skills in addition to organizational skills.
- Must be able to work within a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and be well organized; prioritize multiple projects.
- Must possess attention to detail.
- Experience with AMS360 management system preferred.
- Working knowledge of computers and relevant software applications, i.e., MS Office, Outlook, etc.
Insurance Account Executives/Managers Responsibilities:
- Prepares work to be processed by gathering, sorting, organizing and recording data, information and documents.
- Completes policies by coding and rating with a variety of many carriers.
- Maintains accounts by processing renewals and re-marketing.
- Ensures compliance with underwriting guidelines by reviewing new business, cancellations, non-renewals and reinstatement requests and noting discrepancies.
- Maintains client’s satisfaction by providing information, resolving problems, spot checking business, reporting irregularities.
- Issues quotes by completing documents.
- Maintains quality results by following and enforcing standards.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Enhances operations and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
