Located in Denver at 76th and Pecos, Airstream of Colorado will be the 4th dealership in the Windish RV family. Airstream of Colorado is open Tuesday through Saturday from 8am to 5pm.

We are looking for an experienced leader to help us open this location and help us make it one of the top Airstream dealerships in the country. The General Manager is responsible for customer retention and the profitability of each department in the dealership

Responsibilities:

· Hires, trains, and motivates all dealership department managers

· Set Quarterly and Annual goals for store P&L for profitability as well as staff goals for Finance PVR, Front PVR, Service labor sales, Parts sales and gross, and individual Product Specialist unit sales goals.

· Directs and monitors all dealership management or supervisory personnel functions and completes formal performance evaluations of all department managers

· Ensures that the monthly financial statement is complete and accurate

· Responsible for giving sales staff pricing on trailers.

· Develops and maintains a good working relationship with lending institutions and manufacturer personnel.

· Communicates management policies and procedures to all employees and ensures that they are understood and followed.

· Provides enthusiastic leadership to help shape employees' attitudes and build morale.

· Holds regularly scheduled managers meetings to ensure that every department is operating efficiently and profitably.

· Coordinates with the business office to ensure that records and analyses are maintained accurately.

· Resolves any customer complaints that department managers are unable to rectify.

· Work with Parts & Service to ensure sales goals are achieved. Minimize aged RO’s with Service.

· Meet Unit Sales Volume as well as front & back sales goals by ensuring sales and finance staff work diligently to achieve their individual goals.

· Maintain a clean work environment throughout offices, showroom, and Parts & Service; including cages, parts rooms, detail, and all other areas

· Ensure Staff maintain strong attention to detail for all deal files flowing through the Finance Office to the Back Office

· Assist in developing an advertising and marketing plan

· Provide training and support to all staff

· Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Excellent verbal/written communication skills

· Minimum of 5 years of dealership management experience

· Airstream experience preferred

· Familiarity with CRM programs would be a plus.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, including excel

· Valid driver’s license

· Automotive Sales License

Physical Requirements:

This work requires the following physical activities:

· Climbing, bending stooping, kneeling, twisting, reaching, sitting, standing, walking, driving, lifting (up to 25 lbs.), finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual activity

· The work will primarily be performed indoors
