Floorplan Xpress is a national leader in the automotive finance industry. We are looking for an Account Manager in the Minneapolis, MN area.

The Account Manager is responsible for the performance of the branch's utilization and risk mitigation. The Account Manager will be outside of the office 100% of the time, visiting dealer customers, auctions and other industry partners.

For more about us visit [please apply online] An Account Manager with Floorplan Xpress will develop and maintain positive relationships with existing dealer customers, auctions, other financial institutions and industry connections. They will also visit their customer base frequently to better understand their needs to increase their unit counts and utilization. Account Managers are also dedicated to building brand awareness to auction partners and dealers.

The Account Manager is responsible for identifying potential risks by analyzing data, observing processes and talking to dealers. Part of the process is performing repossession and collections efforts, which may include physically repossessing vehicles, completing condition reports and assisting in the sale of the vehicles.

A qualified candidate for an Account Manager will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and must have previous customer service experience. Automotive or financial service industry experience is a plus. An Account Manager must be willing to drive for long periods of time; maintain a clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
