Role and Responsibilities
- Setting sales appointments.
- Inside sales including cold calling, emailing, appointment setting, and follow ups.
- Operating CRM to track and document sales activity and clients wins.
- Great for entrepreneurial-minded sales and marketing professionals.
Compensation Plan
- $40,000 starting salary (Salary increases when promoted to BDR role between 60-120 days Please see details below about the role)
- Commission: $50 per appointment that results in client signing on.
BDR Role eligible to be promoted to this position after 60-120 days
- $50,000 starting salary (Salary increases when clients are brought on) + uncapped commissions
- 10% commission on monthly recurring revenue won ($100 - $3,000+ monthly recurring commissions per deal) and 5% on one-time projects ($1,000 - $100,000 one-time commissions)
- Eligible for salary increase upon 12+ month client retention average or with salary premium listing
- On Target Earnings for this role: Year 1: $75,000 - $100,000, Year 2: $80,000 - $120,000+
