As an Administrative Assistant you will support the Sales Team in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Administrative support & assistance to the President & Sales Leaders
  • Team collaboration & interaction
  • Work quickly and effectively on daily, weekly, and quarterly business operations
  • Record keeping and managing client interaction data to maximize & track product impact
  • Event Planning including both internal/external management and coordination of related logistics
  • Calendar management and coordination. This person will be maintaining complex, detailed and high-volume calendars and prioritizing meeting requests and related logistics of those at senior level for external meetings and conference calls
  • Coordination of domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Coordination of client communication and interaction by managing requests, coordinating client calls and meetings
  • Assist team in serving clients internationally and throughout the country
  • Deliver our industry leading research product to the largest hedge funds and mutual funds in the industry
  • Learn the business from the ground up for long term career potential
  • Responsible for participation in general administrative duties: Expense reports, handling inbound phone calls, pulling weekly and quarterly reports, providing excellent customer service, faxing, copying, filing, mailings, etc.

  • Strong proficiency in full Microsoft Suite
  • Knowledge of Salesforce/Singletrack, InDesign preferred or must have a willingness to learn
  • Team player with a positive attitude

HOURS: A total of 40 hours per week. Specific hours may vary on a week to week basis.
