Fallbrook Irrigation is hiring! We have a great opportunity for a Counter Sales Associate to join our team.

The Counter Sales Associate is responsible for providing assistance to customers and performing counter sales.

Essential Duties

• Assist customers with product questions and sales on the phone and at the counter
• Provide excellent customer service and troubleshoot minor product issues and know when to escalate to a higher level
• Responsible for ensuring showroom is clean and fully stocked at all times
• Assist customers with products at Will Call
• Arrive on time and ready to work
• Assist with special projects as requested
• Perform work duties safely in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable state and federal regulations
• Represent company values including integrity, reliability and honesty on a daily basis

Experience/Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one-year prior customer service experience in a retail setting
• Knowledge of irrigation a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook and POS machines

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
