This position will grow and serve customers in the Cleveland - Northern Ohio territory. An Engineering / Technical degree is preferred or Business / Marketing degree with a technical savvy mindset. Associate degree or higher is encouraged to apply. You will have mentor and team support as you learn products and get familiar with the northern Ohio customer base. This position allows a lot of freedom in the means you wish to plan and organize your time.

We specialize in electronic and mechanical components along with technical assemblies. We sell direct to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's) and also partner with local Distributors. Here, you can be a part of the next generation innovations.

We cover customers at the Purchasing, Engineering and Management levels, including competitive analysis and written profiles of each major customer. We utilize a CRM data base to track customer history and growth potential.

The successful candidate:

• Is Entrepreneurial and interested in self destiny control.
• Will eagerly and bravely approach customers to grow business.
• Has a people pleasing attitude.
• Can organize their day that eventually leads to minimal supervision.
• Has a flare for new technologies though, can be learned with training.
• Will have the ability to learn tools of the trade to earn a $100,000 income. Many of out team members exceed this mark with dedication and effort.

This position also works closely with Distributor partners such as Arrow, Avnet, TTI, Future, Sager, Heilind and Hughes Peters. A working knowledge of the local distributor network or supply chain management would be of benefit.

This position provides a starting salary and will ultimately be a commission sales position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
