JOB SUMMARY:
Infinite Recovery is hiring front line sales professionals to be part of a diverse team dedicated to helping patients in need. With a laser focus on the substance abuse treatment, the Clinical Outreach specialist will be responsible for growth and referrals targeting specific demographics. This role requires providing education and identifying key referral partners to healthcare associates within the Austin region. They will deliver high standards on behalf of Infinite Recovery by championing a culture of outstanding performance, compliance and full ownership of all activity and results. The specialist will be experts in account management, business ownership, sales execution, resource utilization, and they will build and foster relationships with key referral partners within their territory. The specialist will relentlessly pursue excellence to maximize sales in their territory while learning to adapt to changes and needs of the business. In doing so, they will have the unique opportunity to meaningfully contribute to the growth and performance of Infinite Recovery. This critical sales role will be ideal for someone who thinks strategically, operates with tactical precision and strives for excellence.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Expert in substance abuse treatment including dual diagnoses treatment, 12 Step immersion approach, various clinical modalities, full continuum of care model
- Expert in selling skills and account development including building relationships with referral partners
- Drive top tier execution by exceeding sales performance goals and key productivity metrics across the territory
- Drive a successful launch and ongoing performance by monitoring all key performance metrics weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually – ability to adjust approach as needed based on data
- Ensure actionable business plans are set - align all selling activities to drive impact
- Personal accountability for driving the highest standards of ethics and compliance
- Provides external and internal intervention assistance in substance abuse situations and/or referral in substance abuse situations.
- Communicates with and assists individuals and families in obtaining substance abuse treatment, mental health resources, education and prevention services.
- Meets and communicates with potential clients, current clients, residents, or community members if they are at risk of relapse or have relapsed, are in needs of additional resources, in need of additional services (through coordination with clinical team), etc.
- Assists with escalated AMA and client or resident concerns
- Coordinates with Admissions team and assists with admission or referral coordination as needed.
- Participates in and assists with community outreach activities and manages referral relationships.
- Review and provide comments regarding Infinite Recovery's marketing materials and services.
- Networks with community agencies and develops outreach contacts in support of clients, residents, and/or community members.
- Participates in departmental task forces, staff meetings, community groups and /or advisory councils.
- Attend conferences, seminars and events and stay current with the behavioral health industry trends.
- Attends continuing education events and workshops.
- Accepts public speaking requests regarding program services and/or available community services.
- Presents and communicates the organizations services and programming in a consistent and compliant manner, following all organization guidelines and State/ Federal laws and regulations.
FACTORS FOR SUCCESS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field or commensurate experience-strongly preferred
- 2+ years pharmaceutical sales / relevant healthcare sales experience or a proven track record of business to business sales - required
- Proven track record of pharmaceutical launch experience - strongly preferred
- Established track record with evidence of excellent problem solving and collaboration
- Highly adaptable to change, able to quickly pivot and respond given new market information in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing preferred
- Must be able to successfully pass background, motor and drug screening
- Ability to travel as required, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel
- Strong communication and change management skills

- This is a field-based position reporting to the National Director of Clinical Outreach
- Candidates must live in the geography: Austin, Waco, College Station
- Travel will be required within the selling territory
