Now Hiring - Account Manager - Commercial Lines in Iowa City, IA

Relion Insurance Solutions has an opportunity for a full-time Account Manager to join our Commercial Lines team. Joining the Relion team provides you with a fun and unique employment experience. We offer hybrid remote work opportunities and have multiple locations including our main branch in Iowa City and our newest satellite location in Cedar Rapids.

The position requires:

• Ability to correctly process new business, change requests, and renewals
• Ability to address billing and coverage questions
• Ability to act as a liaison, coordinating communication between the insurance carriers, risk advisors, and/or clients
• Ability to work independently and successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Problem solving, attention to detail, initiative, accountability, adaptability, and integrity
• Proficiency in various computer software programs including but not limited to Microsoft Office and other carrier websites
• Professional communication skills to assist with building and maintaining professional relationships with all business contacts including, but not limited to, clients, carriers, and co-workers
• Passion to provide the best Client experience throughout their interactions (both internally and externally)
• Ability to obtain and maintain Commercial Lines insurance license, appointment with our carriers, and any required certifications
• Prior experience in Commercial Lines required
