PLEXON is an e-commerce company that conducts sales mostly on Amazon and e-Bay platforms.

As a growing company, we are looking for a Amazon Account Manager to join our team in Union, NJ.

IN - PERSON position!!! BASE PAY + SALES COMMISSION!!!

No contact with customers - no phone calls, no emails - JUST MANAGING THE AMAZON ACCOUNT for international sales!

Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage restocking to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews in a timely and professional manner to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Continuously analyze and optimize product performance, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and effective Amazon strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, algorithms, and best practices to ensure compliance and stay ahead of the competition.
• Monitor and report on key metrics, such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and advertising performance, to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Identify and implement new initiatives and campaigns to increase sales and grow our Amazon business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Amazon account management, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
• Proficient in Amazon Seller Central and third-party Amazon tools, such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Sellics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Amazon advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
• Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and content marketing is a plus.
