Location: Remote; Northeast US territory
Salary: $85k - $100k base salary DOE + 25% Capped Commission + Bonus Potential + Benefits

Travel: 50% in Northeast territory; $500 month car allowance

Field Sales Manager (3 Years Plumbing Industry Experience Req.) Description

Our client is looking for a (Northeast) Field Sales Manager to support the launch of new products in the US market. Reporting to the President, you will be responsible for training, educating, and motivating independent sales agency representatives within the designated territory to achieve forecasted sales. Our client is looking for a self-motivated individual that can work autonomously within their assigned territory, which is heavily concentrated around the I-95 areas of the Eastern US but can also include occasional visits to representative locations in Wisconsin and Illinois. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and growing company that offers unique valve and system technologies for technical building equipment.

Field Sales Manager (3 Years Plumbing Industry Experience Req.) Responsibilities

• Learn and understand all aspects of the product offering
• Interface with plumbing designers, engineers, and contractors
• Review, read, and understand plumbing design drawings and layouts
• Attend trade and product shows
• Conduct public speaking presentations at trade association and virtual meetings
• Demonstrate product features and benefits
• Educate and motivate independent sales agency representatives
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of applicable plumbing codes and standards

Field Sales Manager (3 Years Plumbing Industry Experience Req.) Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in plumbing industry required
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in the Northeast US territory required
