About us

The Sedalia Democrat is an award winning news organization serving Sedalia Missouri and surrounding Pettis County.

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team and help drive our sales and marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and creating strategies to increase revenue. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively. This is a new business, hunter position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Understand customer needs and develop strategies to meet them.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Manage customer accounts and provide customer service support.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase sales.
• Negotiate contracts with customers.

Pay: $26,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
