Sales division: Countertop Division

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive locally and nationally to meet customers and potential customers to promote products and services.
• Helping new customers to set up displays in their showroom.
• Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met and perform market research.
• Record and summarize sales performance and customer list, report to manager weekly.
• Receiving orders from customers via mail, phone, or other electronic means.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Obtaining customers’ details and billing information and entering the information correctly in system.
• Informing customers about updates about prices, shipping dates, and anticipated delays.
• Preparing invoices, shipping documents.
• Inspecting outgoing orders to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Liaising with sales, shipping, warehouse, or delivery personnel to trace or accelerate shipments.

Desirable Skills:

• Drive License must be required.
• Be enthusiasm to provide customers with top-quality services.
• Related experience about Cabinet, Flooring and Countertop and Be knowledgeable about the trend of industry.
• Superb interpersonal skills and communicates best in-person.
• Detail-oriented, organized, trustworthy, highly autonomous.
• Relationship-driven approach to sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

• Countertop: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
