Innerlight Marketing, an authorized retailer for AT&T Wireless, has immediate openings for Account Representatives due to increased demand for AT&T products and services. This position is crucial to our company's success in delivering an exceptional customer experience. As an Account Representative, you will efficiently communicate the benefits and features of AT&T's services to their customers while setting up new accounts and maintaining existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales productivity and customer satisfaction on various Wireless products, accessories, and services to customers.
• Developing and managing positive business relationships with retail store management and employees.
• Stay current with the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, cell phones, and tablets.
• Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs.
• Process new activations, upgrades, and sales of wireless devices and accessories

Desired Qualities:

• High School or equivalent desired
• Two years of retail experience desired
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks
