Brightway of Leander,TX is hiring for an Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team!

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative:

• Property & Casualty license is preferred or willing to obtain
• Sales or client-facing experience is required
• Life & Health license is a plus, will eventually have to obtain
• Microsoft OS experience, must be tech savvy
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must be motivated and determined

Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support can include responding to inquiries)
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
• Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25,523.41 - $100,000.00 per year
