We are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative for our Austin, TX branch.

Duties
The position is responsible for assisting customers with rentals, sales, and service needs in person, by phone, e-mail, and fax. This includes data entry, coordinating with the dispatcher, drivers, and sales personnel, processing sales orders, preparing quotes, following up on back orders, maintaining up-to-date product information files and using a computer terminal to input/place orders, set up/maintain customer files & databases and other duties as assigned.

Requirements include basic data entry skills with emphasis on accuracy, good English verbal/written communication skills, experience with Word & Excel, ability to multi-task, valid TX driver's license with a clean driving record, good organizational skills, and being a team player.
