Elite Imaging Systems is a leading copier, printer, software solutions and network management company based in Troy, Mi. Elite Imaging Systems has additional locations in downtown Detroit and Flint, covering southeast Michigan for the last 27 years. Elite Imaging Systems is looking for Management IT Sales Executive. Industry experience is required. Founded in 1994 we have grown to over 30 employees. EIS is one of the largest Kyocera dealers in the Midwest servicing over 3,500 clients and growing.

Ideal Candidate:
- College degree preferred.
- Strong desire to be the best.
- Candidate needs to be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated experience in Managed IT Services selling in all professional markets.
- Minimum 3+ years of direct sales experience in Project Services, Managed Services, Virtual Office Systems, and Digitalization; experience with sales to small and mid-sized businesses preferred.
- Successful track record of collaborating with key stakeholders, including C-level decision makers, resulting in high internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Entrepreneurial thinker, self motivated, continuous learner and comfortable with C-level discussions.
- Structuring the purchasing of and maintaining networking equipment and infrastructure.
- Cold calling expert with the ability to build relationship networks, and learning the account to see what other opportunities may be available to service.
- Maintain daily activity resulting in new business opportunities.
- Generate monthly sales based on revenue goals and quota.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, database, and mobile tools.
- Sales level certifications for various DELL, HP, Lenovo, SonicWall, APC, Microsoft, VMware products are helpful.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
- Positive team oriented attitude required.
- Sales level knowledge, training and experience with the following general technologies are required: Network administration; User account administration; Computer account administration; Security and permissions; Group Policies; Server hardware, operating systems and software; Desktop/laptop/tablet hardware, operating systems and software; Server and workstation virtualization; Network switches; Storage appliances; Onsite and offsite backup software; Email, calendars and contacts; Internet and web browsers; Microsoft Office software; Antivirus and endpoint protection software; Email protection and anti-spam software; Firewall security appliances and wireless access points; Remote access and remote connectivity (VPNs, Remote Desktop, and smartphones); Online services; Remote monitoring and management software; Ticketing software; Quoting software.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers, build strategic relationships and design solutions to meet their IT business needs from lead generation to close of sale.
- Plan and execute direct prospecting activities to drive personal pipeline growth that will result in increased new business, revenue and gross margin.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline of business leads and cultivate clients’ trust through relentless planning, outreach, and networking.
- Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts through participation in professional/trade associations and other professional networking organizations.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process including initial qualification, evaluation, close and implementation.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes on time and within budget.
- Provide ongoing reports to management on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for additional service opportunities.
- Remain agile in the ever-changing IT industry and stay up-to-date on IT industry trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
